Pregnant or parenting moms and families “in need” are in our parishes and our neighborhoods. As Pope Francis reminds us, our parishes need to be “islands of mercy in the midst of the sea of indifference.” Everyone in our parish community should know where to refer a pregnant mother in need of help.

In order to assess, expand, and better communicate resources to local pregnant moms and families, Our Lady of the Valley Parish is joining a nationwide effort entitled: “Walking with Moms in Need.”
We invite all parishioners to participate as we embark on this journey together.  You can join us in praying the “Prayer for Pregnant Mothers” and look for the “Prayer Guides” that will be available need.
